New office move and staff for local Black Country recruitment firm
Cushillo Personnel established in 2010 started out from an office based in Lower High Street, Stourbridge, but now to celebrate their 10th year in business they have relocated to new offices inside Dudley Court South Building on the Waterfront Business Park at the Merry Hill Centre, Brierley Hill.
The company specialises in temporary & permanent recruitment across several sectors including, Industrial, Engineering, Commercial, Accountancy, HR, Sales & Marketing and Executive recruitment and plans to increase its staff over the next 12 to 24 months
Jason Connon, Managing Director said: “We have built up a good reputation over the past 10 years which means we are able to take a partnership approach to recruitment and that is a huge part of the reason for our success to date.
Like many other businesses, we have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak, but still wanted to push ahead with our move to the Waterfront.
The waterfront is a great central location for our company and has seen a rejuvenation over the past year or so of new businesses returning. Also, the development of the tram network across the region will play a significant role in the regeneration and economic growth for the area.
We have spent the past 4 to 6 months further developing our processes, systems and technologies to adapt to the current challenges faced by many business and are confident with our investment into new technologies, premises and staff, we will be in a position to offer our clients market leading recruitment services and solutions.
We have also recently launched a new Sales & Marketing Division, headed up by Tim Herbert, a sales & marketing professional with previous experience of sales, business development, account management and marketing. Having previously managed large sales teams and run a very successful software company as MD and co-founder, Tim brings a lot of experience to our team and we wish him success in his new role.
Over the coming months ahead we plan to take on more consultants for our other recruitment divisions and hopefully we will be in a stronger position to take advantage of the recruitment market, once the upturn and confidence begins to return.
