We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within a busy office of our clients based in Cradley Heath due to expansion.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Sales Administrator will have excellent telephone manner and experience with customers.
This is a varied role where you will be getting involved with different areas of the office and liaising with other departments.
- Sales order processing
- Taking customers order by Telephone and Email
- Raising delivery notes
- Raising invoices
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing quotations
- Liaising with internal departments
- General office duties
- Previous experience within the a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to work as part of a team
This role is for an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis.
The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 1:30pm on Friday.
