We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator based in Stourbridge.
The Receptionist will be reporting to the Administration Manager and assisting the team fulfilling reception and administrative duties to ensure efficient running of the department.
- Operating telephone and switchboard
- Answering calls efficiently and directing to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Ensure reception is kept tidy and stocked
- Open and distribute mail
- Carry out administrative tasks set by the manager
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance departments
- DBS certificate
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- IT literate
- Reception experience
- Administration experience
- Demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
This is a temporary vacancy with an immediate start available until approximately mid December.
