Sales Manager

UK Sales Manager required for our well-established Client; Scot Young Research.

An extremely self-motivated, sales-driven Manager
Able to demonstrate a successful sales career enabling you to effectively manage and grow current business portfolios, whilst prospecting for new accounts.
Experience of working with Janitorial distributor/end-user business, which is not essential, but would be preferred.

Due to continuing growth, our client is now seeking a UK Sales Managers to join their team - based in London and South East of England. As well as the relevant sales’ experience, you must have;
A ‘roll up your sleeves and get the job done’ attitude
Be computer literate; have excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Advanced interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to adapt your style to the client’s needs

Key Responsibilities:
Compile, analyse and report on sales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly monitoring performance of Sales relating to the KPIs set out within Sales Directors Strategy
Manage your own pipeline of customers
Liaise with key customers and potential key accounts to maximise territory proposition.
Work alongside the Strategic Account Managers to ensure strategic revenue maximised within the territory
Ensure all information is accurate and available through CRM for forecasting purposes.
Maintain the companies Health and Safety policy’s

Minimum Qualifications and experience:
Relevant sales’ experience
‘Roll up your sleeves and get the job done’ attitude
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Advanced interpersonal skills
Demonstrable ability to adapt your style to the client’s needs
