Purchase Ledger Clerk
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for our manufacturing client based in Lye / Stourbridge. We are looking for an experienced Purchase ledger Clerk to join the finance team on a temporary contact up until the end of the year.
You will be required to support the Accounts team in resolving their statement reconciliations, query and resolution payments. Reporting to the Finance director you will manage the day to day workload and running of the Purchase ledger function. Your duties will include Weekly Payment Runs. Reconcile Supplier Statements. Assist with month end journals relating to purchase ledger.
The ideal candidate will ideally be available to start immediately and have previously experience of controlling purchase ledger functions. You will have good IT skills and be able to use Excel and Sage accounting system.
Working Hours: 40 per week Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm. (30 minute lunch)
Salary guide; 18k to 20k Depending on experience
