Service & Repairs Administrator
Electrical Service & Repairs Engineer required for our growing and highly respected client based in Wednesbury.
Responsible for the timely service, repair, and commissioning on core equipment to agreed standards and SLA’s. Servicing and repairing goods at our clients site in Wednesbury and also at customers sites around the UK. Approx 50/50 spilt.
To co-ordinate a timely response to all CRM problem recalls; to effectively diagnose faults and advise directly to customers, whilst providing the correct solution.
Attend field service/repair recalls whilst ensuring that the CRM system is accurately maintained, with the required information.
Liaising with the sales team and Warehouse Manager to carry out new machine installations, making sure that customer’s staff receive the relevant training required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Have the aptitude to act professionally at all levels both internally and externally of the organisation.
Wear the corporate uniform as provided at all times.
Installation of equipment at client/customer locations in a timely manner.
Ensure that all Health & safety requirements followed in line with Rozone’s policy.
Environmental aspects are followed in line with company policy and ISO14001.
Produce accurate monthly reports on activities undertaken.
Advise customers that they have the relevant consumables necessary to maintain the equipment’s efficient use.
Adhere to process and procedures set out in the ISO9001 quality system
Knowledge and Skills required:
BTEC National in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent is prerequisite in this role.
Certification for PAT (portable appliance testing)
Knowledge of servicing products similar to white goods advantageous
Full Driving Licence and able to travel to clients sites to carry out repairs
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong focus on delivering good Customer Service
Experience & working understanding of CRM & other management information platforms
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some occasional overtime may be required
Salary guide: £22000 / £25000
