Accounts Assistant required immediately on an on going temporary contract for our manufacturing client based in Brierley Hill.
We are looking for an immediately available accounts assistant to join our friendly finance team to offer support to our department in the following areas.
Sales Ledger administration, including keeping credit control inbox up to date, sending copy invoices, month end reporting, opening new accounts etc.
You will also be required to assist Purchaser Ledger with invoice posting
Other adhoc accounting duties as & when required.
Successful candidate will require/be:
• Previous experience at operational administrative level within accountancy/financial environment
• Excellent IT and computer skills, particularly spreadsheet experience (Excel)
• Ability to cope with a high volume of work and meet demanding deadlines
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Teamwork and Flexibility (critical)
• Organised, analytical, pragmatic and methodical
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
